EFT Payment History
EFT Payment History enables you to access details of transactions that have been submitted to the Bank.
To view your EFT Payment History:
1. From the Payments menu, select EFT, then click on the EFT History menu, to access the EFT Payment History screen.
2. To search for historical transactions you can:
a) Select a payment status
b) Select a Payment Group
c) Enter a date range for the report
d) Specify a File Creation Number
e) Choose the Agreement ID(s) for which you would like to view history
f) Specify a payee/Payor Cross Reference Number
g) Enter the Payee/Payor Name
h) Indicate how you would like the data to be sorted
3. Click on the Search button at the top of the screen. The results will be displayed in the lower half of the screen.
4. You can re-sort the information by clicking on the appropriate column heading.
A transaction on the EFT Payment History Screen will have one of the following Statuses:
You can view/print details of an individual EFT payment by clicking on the Payee/Payor name to access the EFT Payment Detail screen.
Printing a Detail/Summary Report of EFT Payment History
You can print a detail or summary report of your historical transactions from the EFT Payment History screen. Transactions will be printed in the order they are displayed on the screen. Sort the data in the desired order by clicking on the appropriate column heading.
The Summary Report prints one line for each transaction, including the following information:
· Due Date
· Cross Reference
· Agreement ID
· Payment Type
To print a summary report, click on the Summary Report button.
The detail report prints one page for each transaction and includes all payment details as entered on the payment entry screen. This report also displays an activity log that records all changes in payment status.
To print a detailed report, click on the Detail Report button.
Note: If the report that you have selected contains a relatively large amount of data, the report will be sent to the Report Queue, rather than automatically being displayed on-screen. You can continue working on ScotiaConnect and go to the Report Queue to retrieve the report when it is ready.
