Deleting a Bill Payment

A bill payment can be deleted any time before it has been transmitted to the Bank, when the status is either Pending, Ready, or Future Dated. A bill payment cannot be deleted once the status has changed to either Accepted or Rejected. You have until 8:00 p.m. ET on the same day you submitted a bill payment to request a recall. How to delete a bill payment

  • Navigate to Payments and select Bill Paymentsto find pending and future dated bill payments on the lower half of the screen.
  • Under the Action column, click [Delete] beside the payment you want to delete.
  • Click OK to confirm that you would like to delete the bill payment.
