Viewing / Printing the Consolidated Balance Report |
The Consolidated Balance Report provides the balances of selected accounts on one report.
1. From the Account Information menu, choose Consolidated Balances.
2. From the Reports dropdown menu, select the Report ID you would like to use to run the report.
3. In the Report Date field, click to select the date for which you want to receive the report.
4. In the Report Type field, select the type of report to be produced:
Basic |
Provides only the opening balance, adjusted opening
balance and present balance.

Detail |
Provides all of the basic details, in addition to debit
and credit numbers and amounts
|
Totals |
Provides only account group totals.
|
Global |
Provides all of the basic details, with balances converted
to a single currency (an approximate) for both Scotiabank and Global
accounts.
|
Forward Balance |
Provides closing and forward balances for Global accounts
only
|
5. To view the report:
· Click on the View button or Reset to change all fields back to original default.
6. To print the report:
· Select from Report Format drop down menu the desired format. Click on the Report icon to receive a formatted report; or
· Click on the Print icon and receive what is displayed on-screen.
