Modifying/Deleting a Custom Account Details Report ID


If the parameters you have set up for a particular Report ID are no longer useful, you can modify or delete the Report ID.

 

1.       On the Account Details window, select the Report ID that you want to modify or delete.

 

2.       Click the modify link to access the Modify a Custom Account Detailsscreen.

 

3.         To modify the Report ID:

·         You can assign additional accounts to the Report ID.  Highlight the accounts in the Accounts Available field and click on the  >  button. 

·         To remove accounts, highlight the accounts in the Accounts Assigned field and click on the  <  button.

·         You can schedule a report by selecting the ‘Yes’ option for the Schedule Report and then select the starting date, frequency and time for the Schedule.

Note: Scheduled reports will be available within 15 min of the selected scheduled time.

·         When you have finished making any desired changes, click on the Save  button.

 

4.       To delete the Report ID:

·         Click on the Delete  button. The following message appears:  Delete Report ID?

·         Click on ‘OK’.The Report ID and the settings saved within the Report ID will be deleted.
