This section allows you to Add a new Service Group or to “Activate”, “Deactivate”, “Delete” or “Modify” existing Service Groups. The section also displays the detailed information about your Service Groups.

Service Group Information
The Service Group Information page outlines existing Service Groups that you are entitled to manage. Each Service Group carries a unique “Service Group ID”, and may contain any of the following payment services:
- EFT
- ACH
- Interac e-Transfers
- Wires
- EDI
- Remittance Advice
Access to these payment services will be indicated by a checkmark beside the appropriate payment service. There is a privilege description for each payment service type in the right hand column.
Actions on this Page
The following actions are available on this page:
- Minimize/Maximize Service Groups – this hides/displays the Scotiabank Services entitled to each Service Group.
- Action – the drop-down menu displays actions available to the user for the corresponding Service Group
- Scotiabank Services – clicking on the service type will display the detailed entitlements page for the individual service within the service group.
- Add Service Group – option to add a new Service Group
Definition of Column Headings
- Service Group Name: this column displays the names of the Service Groups, which the user is entitled to manage.
- Service Group ID: the unique identification number assigned to each Service Group.
- Status: current status of the Service Group.
- Action: the drop-down menu displays actions available to the user for the corresponding Service Group
- Access: check mark to indicate entitlement to that payment service.
- Scotiabank Services: the payment service entitled to the Service Group.
- Hours of Operation: operational hours vary by payment service, depending on Bank operations.
- Description of Services: details how the individual service is used.
