Integrated Payments: Stand-alone Remittance Advice

This section allows you to create or modify a Stand-alone
Remittance Advice (RA) for an existing payment or for a copied Remittance
Advice.

you to create a Stand-alone Remittance Advice for an existing payment, or for
a copied Remittance Advice.
Depending on the type
of payment, respective fields will be displayed.
This Help page contains
supporting information for Remittance Advices associated with EFT and ACH
payments.

Associated Payments Details
- The ‘view only’ details of the payment for which you are creating
the Remittance Advice
Advice Details
- Payment Type – Remittance Advice.
- Due Date – date to
print or issue the Advice. Must be in MM/DD/YYYY formant. Can be current
date or up to 30 days in the future.
- Advice Reference Number is your reference
to be associated with this Remittance Advice. Maximum 30 alpha-numeric
characters.
- Trace Number is an
additional reference you can associate with this Remittance Advice.
Maximum 64 numeric characters.
Recipient Information – you can create a
Remittance Advice using an existing Recipient’s details or a newly created
Recipient which can also be added to your saved Recipient List.
- Recipient ID – is your identification for
the new recipient. It can be alpha-numeric and must not exceed 10
characters.
- Vendor Number can contain a
maximum of 30 numeric characters. Different recipients can have the same
vendor number.
- Recipient Names 1 and 2 can contain a maximum of 35 alpha-numeric characters for
each name for all payment types, except EFT (for EFT - the maximum is 30
alpha-numeric characters for each name).
- Recipient’s Address fields are
compulsory for Remittance Advice.
- Recipient Contact Details are optional.
Originator Information
- The ‘view only’ details of the service group of the payment for which
the Remittance Advice is being created.
Optional Information
- You may include an
optional Internal Memo (maximum
140 characters).

Information
- Advice Delivery Method – you must choose
a delivery method. If you are creating a Remittance Advice for a payment
with multiple possible delivery methods, only one Remittance Advice can be
created for each creation operation and the delivery method must be
selected.
Actions on this page

the newly created Remittance Advice’s details, Reset to clear the newly entered details, or Cancel to go back to the Payment Details page.
