Request Security Token

 

Security tokens provide a safe and secure online experience. Any new or existing users
who will have privileges for the following payment services: EFT Payments, Wire Payments,
Requests for Transfer, ACH Payments, Integrated Payments or users with administration
or File Delivery privileges will require a security token

When requesting a New User you must choose from the following options:

Issue New Token
Please select this option if this user will have access to payment services or administration
(see list above) and you do not have any existing security tokens for this user.
A security token package will be sent to your company and you will be charged a $40 administration fee
for each package issued to your company.

Use Existing Token
Please select this option if this user will have access to payment services or administration (see list above)
and you will re-use an existing security token in your possession. The existing token will need to be re-set
for the person who will be using it. Our Customer Service & Support Contact Centre can assist you with the re-set process. There is no administration fee for security tokens that are being re-used.

Token Not Required
Users who will not have access to payment services or administration (see list above) will not be required to use a security token. However, at a later date if it is determined that the user will need access to payment services or administration they will need a security token to access those services. The user will get an error message and will not be allowed access to those services until they sign-on with a security token.
