My Accounts

 

My Accounts provides a complete list of all Canadian domestic accounts, US domestic accounts and Foreign Currency accounts that are set up on your ScotiaConnect service, including the following information:

·         Account Number

·         Short Name

·         Currency

·         Status

·         Account Type

-         Demand Deposit Account (DDA)

-         Loan Account (OLL)

-         Term Deposit (TD)

-         Foreign Currency Account (FCR)

-         New York Agency Account (NYA)

-         US domiciled USD Demand Deposit Account (OPR)

-         US domiciled USD Wholesale Investment Account (WIA)

-         Canadian domiciled Foreign Currency Account – which can be EUR, GBP, JPY (FCA)

·         Account Division

 

To access the list of accounts select My Accounts from the Preferences menu.

 

Please note:

·         To add an account to your ScotiaConnect service, the signing authority in your company may submit a request to your Account/Relationship Manager at your branch.

·         It will take two business days after the Bank has received your request before balance and transaction information will reported for an account.

·         After a new account has been added, a Super User or a user with access to Group Information must assign group access to the account

·         To delete an account or enable/disable a service option, you should contact your Account/Relationship Manager at your branch.

·         Account access/service privileges cannot be disabled for the Super User group.

 

 

Account Details

 

Detailed account information can be viewed for an individual account by clicking on the account number that is listed on the My Accounts screen.

 

The Account Details screen provides the following information:

·         Account Number

·         Account Name

·         Services the account is associated with

·         Account Division

·         General Account Information, including

-         Currency                                  

-         Account Type                                       

-         Overnight Threshold

-         Overdraft Loan                          

-         Overdraft Limit

-         Account Status

-         Treasury Minimum/Maximum

-         Balance Only

-         Payment Office

·         Service Related Account Information, including

-         Transfer Limits

-         Daily Wire Payment Limit

-         Wire Total Today (represents amount signed/submitted to the Bank)

-         Daily Real Estate Payment Limit

-         Real Estate Totals Today (represents amount signed/submitted to the Bank)

-         ICI Name

-         CCP Plan Number

 

 

To make it easier for you to identify your accounts, you can specify both the Account Name and an Account Division.

 

To update the Account Name and the Account Division:

1.       Type the new Account Name and/or Account Division in the appropriate field on the Account Details screen. 

2.       To save the changes, click on the Submit button.

3.       To leave the screen without saving your changes, click the Back button on your browser.
