Modifying/Deleting Wire Payment Templates

Note: Wire Payment Templates can only be modified/deleted by users who have been assigned the appropriate privileges. For information on user privileges, refer to Group Information Service Privilege Details - Wire Payments

To modify a wire payment template:

1. On the Wire Payment Template Maintenance page, click on the Template ID of the template you want to modify to access the Wire Payment Template Details page.

2. Input the necessary changes.

3. Click on the Save button.

The following message will appear: Are you sure you want to update this template?”

4. Click ‘OK’ to continue saving your changes.

The following message will be displayed at the top of the Wire Payment Template Maintenance page: ‘Update Successful’.

Note: Templates with a pre-approved amount will revert to ‘Entered’ status when modified and must be re-approved.

To delete a wire payment template:

A.   Wire payment templates can be deleted directly from the Wire Payment Template Maintenance page.

1. Click [delete] under the Action column next to the template you want to delete.

 The following message will appear: Are you sure you want to delete this template?

2. Click ‘OK’ to delete the template.

The following message will be displayed at the top of the Wire Payment Template Maintenance page: ‘Deletion Successful’.

B.   Templates can be deleted from the Wire Payment Template Details page, allowing you to view the details of a template before you delete it.

1. On the Template Maintenance page, click on the Template ID to view the details of the template.

2. Click on the Delete button at the top of the Wire Payment Template Details page.

The following message will appear: Are you sure you want to delete this template?

3. Click ‘OK’ to delete the template.

The following message will be displayed at the top of the Wire Payment Template Maintenance page: ‘Deletion Successful’.
