Sign-On to ScotiaConnect

You can sign-on to ScotiaConnect by entering the User Name provided to you in the 'Welcome to ScotiaConnect' registration email and entering the password you chose during the online registration process. Click sign-on to enter ScotiaConnect. If the User Name populated or password entered are incorrect, you can clear these fields with the 'Reset' button.

If Your User Name and Password Don't Work

  1. You can confirm that your User Name is correct by checking the 'Welcome to ScotiaConnect' registration email sent when your company initially assigned you a ScotiaConnect User Name. Your company's SuperUser or Administrator has access to the User Information screen on ScotiaConnect may also be able to help confirm your User Name as all users are listed on this screen.

  2. Once you determine what your User Name is, please check 'Remember user name'. ScotiaConnect will place a cookie on your pc that will automatically populate your User Name when you browse the ScotiaConnect Sign-on page. This function should not be used from a publicly accessible pc. Please keep in mind that if you delete the cookies on your pc, the one used to populate your User Name automatically will also be deleted and you'll have to enter your User Name yourself to sign-on.

  3. If your password doesn't work correctly, please check your keyboard settings to ensure that caps lock (and on some keyboards num lock) are off.

  4. If you've already entered your password incorrectly 5 times, you'll be locked out of the system for several hours before you can try again.

  5. If you don't remember your password, please click on our 'Forgot Password' link. This will direct you to a secure area where you can replace the forgotten password.
