Deleting a Transfer

 

A transfer can be deleted anytime before it has been transmitted to the Bank, when the status is Future Dated, Pending or Ready.

A current day transfer cannot be deleted once the transfer status has changed to either Accepted or Rejected.

To delete a transfer:

1.         From the Payments menu, select Account Transfers.

2.         All Pending Transfers are listed in the lower half of the screen.  Under the Action column, click on [delete] beside the transfer that you would like to delete.


A Future Dated transfer can be deleted after it has been transmitted to the bank.


To delete a Future Dated transfer:

1.         From the Payments menu, select Account Transfers then select History.

2.         From the Status dropdown select Future Dated

3.         Then from the Account dropdown select the desired Account

4.         From the Transfer Date select the Date Range of the transfers you’d like to display.

5.         Click the View button to list the transfers you’d like to delete

6.         In the Action column, click the [delete] link next to the transfer you would like to delete.

7.         You will be presented with a confirmation popup asking you to confirm the deletion of the Future Dated Transfer.

8.         Click OK to delete the transfer.
