ICI Report Schedule Setup

 

By using the ICI Report Schedule you can select your own ICI report cut-off date.

 

Warning: If you setup a Custom ICI report schedule, note that, ScotiaConnect does not archive your balances for an indefinite amount of time. To avoid loss of reporting data, you will need to ensure you setup new dates on your custom ICI report schedule, within 1 month of your last custom report date. This will ensure that ScotiaConnect does not drop any data, allowing you to maintain continuous, uninterrupted ICI reporting.

To access the ICI Schedule:

Once you select the report date option, you must setup your “Report Date Schedule":

·         You will need to enter at least two dates.

·         The first date must be prior to today's date.

·         Scheduled dates cannot be scheduled closer than 2 days apart.

 

1.       Select the Reporting menu then click on ICI then select the ICI Setup menu.

 

2.       From the ICI Setup screen, click on the [Schedule] link to access the schedule.

 

Adding Schedules:

 

1.       Under the Scheduled Report Date column click on the calendar  icon and select the desired date

2.       Then under the Action column click the [add] link to save the schedule.

 

Deleting Schedules:

 

1.       Under the Action column click on the [delete] link to delete the desired schedule.
