EFT Recall History

To recall or reverse an item, the following minimum information is required:

1. Select the Scotia Direct Service Agreement from the drop-down list.
2. Select the Review Option from the drop-down list.
1. Recall Acknowledgement/Confirmation Number.
2. File Creation Number
3. Selected Date Range

Data entry fields will appear once the search criteria has been selected.

Once the above information is entered, press the View button.

Review Recall

File and Group Recalls will be displayed in red while individual Item Recalls will be displayed in blue.

Once the search results are displayed, click on the Confirmation Number to see the details of the recall.
